Reconstruct missing portions of the external façade uncovered as a consequence of the removal of obtrusive recent construction
Design and Construct acoustically glazed steel observation portals after removal of previously existing link bridges
Survey and repair existing leaking roofs
Repair internal Kauri pine ceiling lining boards
